Problem installing .Net Framework 4.x

    Hello
    I have to update .NET Framewok 4.x in Parallel in Window10, It send me a message saying: "This Operation System does not admint .Net Framework 4.x". I will appreciate your help, because I need run a software after that.

    Hello today I reinstalled Parallels 11, I´d updated windows 10, I´d ran .Net 4.6.2 updated file; but I still receiving the same message about Windows 10 doesn´t admit the .Net Framework 4.7
