Not really sure how to explain this...I will try my best.
I switched from PC to Mac earlier this year. There were a few Windows programs that I wanted to keep using. Purchased Parallels and Windows 8. I am running the newest versions of Parallels, Windows 8.1 and OS X Mavericks. Updated everything the other day.

The problem I'm having existed PRIOR to updating and STILL exists now.

One of the reasons I needed Windows was so I could continue to use Corel PaintShop Pro (which I also updated to the newest version when it came out). I don't use the program often because I am primarily using Photoshop. But I do co-own a PSP challenge group so I wanted to be able to use PSP occasionally...and I have some filters that aren't Mac comparable, so I use them in PSP.

Onto the problem. There is at least one keyboard shortcut that doesn't work. It's the shortcut to de-select (Ctrl-D). I use it all the time in PSP as well as select all (Ctrl-A) and a few others. When I use the shortcut to de-select (using the Mac command key in place of the ctrl key), PSP & Windows minimizes and I'm back at the Mac background. The few other shortcuts that I regularly use in PSP (using the Mac command key as the ctrl key) work just fine. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?? It's extremely annoying because I use the de-select shortcut all the time.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Lisa
