PROBLEM WITH SEE THE UNITS IN WINDOWS - URGENT

    Good morning,

    Parallels has always worked very well for us, we did an update and now when we work from windows we don't see the units (hard drive) of the computer nor do we see the files we have in the downloads folder, for example, we have no idea what to do, thanks
