I have installed a video grabber device on my XP VM. The installation process goes as expected...Found New Hardware...USB 2820 device... and finishes correctly. But, when I go to Device Manager and look under Video Controllers it is not listed, and it doesn't work. On my regular XP desktop computer, USB 2820 is listed in Device Manager. I am new to Mac and Parallels Desktop. I am using Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac Build 5160. I am using Mac OS 10.4.10. Anybody have any suggestions?
