Hi, We use 2X App Server in an active directory environement. My problem is that If I set user or group filtering for a particular application, it becomes unavailable for every user. IP filtering work fine, but is not an option in my case. I was wondering if somebody has a clue on this problem? Thanks in advance.
try to clear logs,cause the issue and send the debug file (2xconsole>help>send support request)to 2x support before sending a debug file make sure logging is enabled from 2x console>information>logging>enable logging.
