I get this message and don't know how to fix it. Please advise!

Parallels Desktop is unable to operate properly since it cannot communicate with one of its drivers. Try to restart the application to overcome this issue. If restart doesn't help, re-install Parallels Desktop. Note that Parallels drivers require a short time to be properly started and initialized. So you may need to wait a minute before trying to launch the application.

If you are using USB modem unplug it, if you are using Symantec or McAffey antivirus on mac please uninstall it, and reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790

    still problems after leopard

    John,
Thanks for your quick response. Not using usb modem. We have wireless airport. I did unplug
that but, nothing changed. I did not run any symantic or McAffey antivirus on my mac. If I have to
reinstall Parallels Desktop I'm really not sure how to do that, and will that affect my software
    licence?
