We are in the process of evaluating the 2X Application Server for a potentially new customer. Since this customer needs some local access/processing of data/apps and this company is a law/legal/finance firm (security) we are trying to get the whole config up and running with Ubuntu 10.10 Desktops + Windows 2003 terminal server + 2X Application Server. All is well except for 1 very important feature: this company is using dual screens/monitors and when resizing/maximizing/moving published apps from monitor 1 to 2 and vice versa, application windows sometimes get copied/mirrored to both screens whith only one applicatrion window active. Very confusing. Other person on this forum has mentioned this type of behavior too, be it under Windows. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3121&p=11067&hilit=dual#p11067 Happesn with all apps, not just Office but also IE8. Setup: HP dc7600 with additional IBM/ATI Radeon X300 dual display card with DMS-59 connector for Dual-Head connectivity (http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 63661.html) We have tried different tastes of Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Gnome, KDE all to no avail. Used internal Ubuntu ATI drivers, installed ATI drivers from ATI-site, all to no avail. Tried to connect to Win2K3 server and Win2K8 64 bit, same problems. When running this hardware configuration under Windows XP everything works like a charm. So it seems that there may be some problem with the 2X Ubuntu client or could it have something to do with the underlying linux RDP-protocol? (version5/6). Any ideas that could lead to a solution? Ron
