I´m having a problem here. I´m reinstalling my parallels 9, in a fresh OS X installation. When I enter the serial key I had purchased, It ask me for the key of the previous version I had, Parallels 7, And the problem is I have not that key anymore, what can I do?

    Thanks.

What happens if I had installed an update in a parallels 7 version I didn´t purchased?
Is there a possibility to request a valid serial or something like this?

    Thanks.

I really don't understand what you mean.
You bought an upgrade PDM9 key (that's why it asks for the PDM7 key) because you already had a valid PDM7 key, which I assume you bought.
Now what you are saying is that you didn't purchase PDM7 (I rather not know more details about this), so you don't have a valid PDM7 key, that means you need a a full PDM 9 license.

If Parallels can sell you a PDM 7 key, that's up to them, but I highly doubt it, anyway it would be a full PDM license key, the same as buying a PDM9 key, which aren't being sold anymore, now we are at PDM10.

To summarize you would need a full license key anyway, so it seems the best avenue would be to buy PDM10 full license and you get the latest version also.

That's my advice considering the information given, I suggest you contact support directly: http://www.parallels.com/eu/products/desktop/support/
