I'm running a 2012 Mac Book Pro with OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 with Windows 10 and the latest version of Parallels 11.

I don't get this. I can now no longer save a PDF or print a PDF when I'm in my Win 10 VM. However, I have no issues when I reboot and run the program from my Bootcamp version of Win 10. I have tried uninstalling in the VM and reinstalling as well as doing the same in Bootcamp. Everything works fine in Bootcamp, but when I use my VM it does not. It has to be Parallels. Please help!

    Hello Andrew,
Please follow the below steps to fix this issue.
    1. Follow this article and isolate your virtual machine form Mac
    2. Go to control panel > programs & features and select Adobe reader and repair it
    3. Then reinstall Parallels Tools
    4. Go back to Actions > Configure > Security and disable "isolate Windows from Mac"
Now try to print or save PDF - It should work

I haven't had the issue for a couple of days now, but it seems to go away and then come back. I still followed your directions last night and did as you directed. So far so good. Too early to tell if it's fixed. If it doesn't happen for a month, I'd say we're good but it's disappeared for a couple of weeks and then come back out of the blue before.

Sure, please observe the behavior of virtual machine and let us know if the issue is reoccurred again.
