Problems with changing keyboard layout (keyboard language) after parallels 6 using

Hello!
I am newbie user of mac and try to use paralells 6 with windows xp on my macbook pro 2011

I know, that officialy new macbook pro 2011 does not support windows xp, but I need to use windows xp because some programs that I need will not work on windows 7.

So, my problem:

After I launch parallels 6, launch my virtual machine and work in it I have problems with changing my keyboard layout (typing language)
1. There is no any pop-up windows, as ussualy, when you press cmd+space that shows languages to select


2. when I press cmd+space in the taskbar in right high corner of my mac I can change only beetween two languages, but I have 3 installed on my macbook.
3. But when i click to the language selecton my taskbar I can select beetween my 3 languages, that installed

When I exit from paralles 6 I still have this problem. Only after rebooting mac the problem gone away till the next launching and using paralells 6

And also I have another problem - when I launch windows xp on my parallels I sometimes see such picture
