I am running Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 64-bit on Parallels 4.0.3844. Remote desktop works fine, except I can't find any way for the connection to use more than 16-bit colors. Much of the work that I do requires 24 or 32-bit colors to allow for image transfer over remote desktop. I just recently got Parallels. I have had the same problem with Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 32-bit, Windows XP Pro SP2 32-bit, Windows XP Pro SP2, 64-bit all installed on the same build of Parallels. I am beginning to believe this is a limitation of Parallels. Anybody have any information or experience with this problem? Any help greatly appreciated.
