Problems with date and time setting

I'm trying to figure out which way to go - use Parallel or Bootcamp like on older machine. I downloaded trial and installed Win 8. Everything was smooth and program I want to run on this computer is working fine but I have a problem with adjusting time. When I try to adjust time manually or sync with windows server - after a minute clock goes back to some strange setting. Windows are not activated as I'm just trying the software.

Any ideas??

One more thing - yesterday there was 25% OFF. I was ready to buy but I want to solve this first. Today price is back to regular. :-(

Please (Re)Install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and perform the steps suggested at http://bit.ly/1lNHqs2 to synchronize time.
