Hey. I have just bought paralells desktop 7. I installed windows xp and the windows 7 after on my macbook pro.
The windows 7 is on a upgrade cd so I had to install it in the xp system. When the installation was finnished, the drivers was not installed.
The drivers (sound, video, and WIFI) was working fine when the windows xp was installed, but when the windows 7 was installed, no drivers was installed and I have no internett connection either. How do I install the drivers or get the drivers from the XP over to windows 7 in parallels ?

I have tried with this http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/help/upgrading-from-windows-xp-to-windows-7
    and this http://kb.parallels.com/113266
But I get problems when I have to install the drivers since the drivers the macbook drivers. Parallels tools is installed
Tried also searching after drivers from XP in the upgrading of windows 7, but the results was empty.

My cd´s= Windows XP proffessional installation cd
    Parallels Desktop 7

    Best regards
    Sander

But Parallels Tools are exactly a branch of drivers you are talking about. You need to reinstall Parallels TOols as Parallels has different drivers for Windows XP and Windows 7. Make sure you have correct OS type set in Virtual Machine configuration menu - General tab.
