Product Activation Key Reached Limit

Hi,
Hoping someone can help me. I upgraded my Mac and moved over most software successfully. Parallels is giving me an error when I use my activation code. It tells me I've reached the activation limit and I need to contact either Parallels or use a valid key. I hesitate posting my key here and would like to know if there is a solution to this issue.
