Product Activation

What will happen if Parallels/SWSOFT go out of business, stop supporting Parallels Workstation/Desktop, or are otherwise incapable of activating the software?

 

Then it will be like any other company where you lost your product key, you will be unable to activate.

Unless, perhaps they released a set of keys.

Anyway, I don't think that it is happening.

 

I wouldn't lose the product key. But I thought Parallels would activate via the Internet?

 

I don't think it does, in fact I think I have activated while being disconnected.
