Product key expired even though I paid

    Hi,

    I had a problem with a direct debit because I changed my account number. Unfortunately I forgot to renew the account number online. Accordingly, I received an email that the direct debit failed. I then clarified this with Cleverbridge and renewed the subscription with the correct account number. Unfortunately, my product key does not work. Cleverbridge told me to contact Parallels to get my access reactivated, because it was deactivated due to the chargeback. I tried to contact Parallels support but I have all the buttons for email, phone and chat. So I'm trying through the forum. Please help me. I need Parallels very urgently.

    We have verified your license key, and it has already expired.
    Unfortunately, we cannot reactivate a license key that is expired.
    You will need to purchase a new license key from our official website.
