Proper Network Configuration for SSH use.

Hi guys I need to configure my Parallels 9 network settings for both Linux (CentOS) and Windows 8 Use. I plan to do some basic SSH operations between the two OSes.

My problem is, what "Bridged connection" do I select to use for both OSes to give them accessible IP addresses that they can utilise to access each other over the internet. Any help is welcome. I'm stumped at this time.
