2x server build 465 2x client build 465 Sometimes when user try to launch published application (different aplications with same effect) he see grey window and nothing else. In this state 2x client "freeze", if user disconnected and try start any application, he recconected to this grey window. If I force logoff user from task manager (on server) user receive error mesage, txclient closed, after that he normally start his application. please, help. If need additional information - say how it collect.
sounds like corrupted windows rdp ocx files on the macine ensure they are all patched uptodae any clients with the issue, reinstall the latest RDP client
It seems more of a terminal server problem as it resolves only when you reset the session. When this happens, try to shadow the effected session and check what is on screen. If just a grey window then your server is playing around at the RDP level.
