Publishing an application that only runs on Win7 or XP

I have been using ApplicationServer to deliver Windows application to OSX users from a Win2008R2 server. That was so clean and perfect I wanted to hug someone.

The next hurdle I'm faced with for a client is to try to publish an application that only runs on Windows 7 or XP to Windows users. The app will not load on any server versions of Windows. Is there any way to do this?

I have been googling my brain out to see what could even be possible and tried all the RDP hacks in a VM. They all resulted in the client dumping me to the RDP desktop.

mmm, it's either you publish a pc but that will force only one connection at a time, or you start considering using vm's...

Another option would be to use application packaging to stream the needed applications to the target servers, but this does not work with any application. Anyway it's worth a shot.

On the other hand it may be possible to solve the compatibility problem of the clients windows applications on terminal services/remote desktop services when combining the 2X solution with another 3rd party tool.
