    Hello,

    I've made a purchase of Parallels for Mac OS online. I have not received any email confirming my purchase nor the activation code, nor a link to download. I've tried to contact support online but withou success.
    Can anyone at Parallels confirm my purchase and why is it taking so long to receive de confirmation email?

    Try looking for your confirmation email in the Junk Folder of your email account... Regards
