Purchase wrong license

    hi,

    I've purchased the wrong license, I'm suppose to buy full license but accidentally choose on upgrade license. Payment has been made, what should I do now?

    Is it I need to get refund and purchase a full license? I need to use parallels asap, please reply fast

    Please advice

    Hi, the same unfortunate thing happened to me. I'll need a refund to go back and purchase the correct license.
    May I also suggest that the 'Upgrade' button be hidden from shoppers who do not have an activated copy already installed on their machines? It looks like a viable fix that will benefit many, many future customers.
