Purchased software not a subscription - what happened to my license?

    When I purchased my software it was not a subscription. But now it is telling me to renew my subscription? how can i restore my license for Parallels?
  2. Hi, we've checked your account da*******@hotmail.com and found only 1 subscription and it has been expired at 27.05.2019
    Could you please share your another Parallels account email address.
