Purchased wrong type of subscription

    Hi, I had a trial version of Parallels that's been already expired and wishes to have a permanent activation.
    We just purchased an upgrade license but it appears that it was a wrong type and we should have purchased a 'new license'

    Is there a way to get this sorted by refunding our purchase?
