Quick windows licensing question.

I've got parallels on my MacBook Air and it's running win7. I am migrating the MBA to a Mac mini (everything including parallels). Will I have to get my copy of window reactivated after the migration?

 

Sometimes Windows asks for reactivation but a simple call to Microsoft should help

 

If it's not Bootcamp based it might or might not require reactivation, but since it's technically a different machine and if you have a OEM license it might be a problem (OEM licenses are not transferable).
