Anyone having issues with raising Trouble reports? I have sent in a trouble report and as yet I have received no acknowledgment ......... so I have to assume the report has not been logged. thx John
I can't believe I am the only person with this issue... i have the copies of the e mails that the Parallels application sends when ou create a trouble report........ I have raised a trouble report via the Web Site and all I get is an accpetance that they can't find the trouble report ...... Not what I would cal a very professional service when you spend real cash on their products Thanks John
Hello, you should provide the ID number of the report to a support engineer dealing with your issue in a ticket created in our RT system. He can then look at the logs. The "Report a Problem" feature just files all the needed logs for reference. You can create a ticket from here: http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/
