    I am using iMac 20" Pentium processor - Window XP pro -2 Gig Ram - I am using 1 Gig for Xp Pro - If I have VM off will Mac have access to the 2 gig of ram? bigbob:confused:

    RAM is only used by an application when it is open !!

    So if you close parallels then yes you will have all your RAM available again.
