I updated to RC-2 lastr week, and started wringing it out this weekend, ns the problem that once you hit the shared folders with a Microsoft Office application (Office XP in this case), you get errors that the system can't find the shared folders any more. Specifically, when I try to access the Parallels Shared Folders, I get a dialog with: "\\.host\veeco is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. THe network name cannot be found" I have to re-boot the VM to get it back. If I copy the file to the VM, then everything works fine, until I access a file int he shared directory with an Office application. Geoff
