I'm completely new to Parallels and pretty new to using a Mac. I just installed Parallels 7 on my late 2012 iMac running Mountain Lion. During installation I configured Windows to run when Parallels starts. Apparently, I didn't allot much space for Windows to use. I only installed a couple of programs when I ran out of space. How do I allot more space to Windows? How do I change the setup so Windows doesn't start when Parallels starts?

Here's a complete noob question - how do I get to Parallels Desktop? I know how to get Windows to open but I don't know how to get the Parallels menu at the top of the screen (how do I make Parallels the focus). I poke around and sometimes can get it, but most times I get there by closing Parallels then reopening it.

Using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
