    Hi
    Parallels Toolbox Version 6.6.2 (5023). Macbook Pro M3. OS = Sonoma 14.4
I am trying to record screen with audio. I have the settings to record from computer. When recording the captured file does have the audio correctly. However, I am unable to hear the sound during the screen record. I have gone into the sound settings selected parallels loopback. The volume / mute controls are greyed out so unable to change. This option is only visible during recording so unable to adjust before it is being used.
    Please advise
    Best regards
    Andy
