record window in parallels toolbox was nonresponsive and the recorded video was lost

    i was recording a meeting and after closing the meeting window recording was unresponsive and i want to know if i lost the recording or not if no where can i gey it from ??????

    this is the third time i face the same problem if any one can help whenever i record a screen or a window the files doesn't appear after i stop recording

    Hello,
    Would you kindly tell us what tool did you use? Record Area/Record Screen or Record Window? As far as I get it you use Record Screen.
    By default, all recordings are saved to Desktop. However, you can check the default location by clicking the cogwheel button next to the tool name and check the 'Save to' option.
    If you can't find it, please collect a fresh report as described at https://kb.parallels.com/124107 . Send the generated 9-digit ID to us in your reply.
