For a series of oral history interviews using a mobile phone, I am seeking information on how best to record these interviews using the following combination: 1) an LG Cosmos 2 mobile phone (with headphone jack only); 2) NCH RecordPad software (for Windows); and 3) my MacBook Pro (Lion) Running Parallels 6. It's possible, of course, to use the speaker on the mobile phone and the built in mic on Mac but I want to avoid cumbersome testing (for feedback, noise, etc.) with each individual I interview. I want the interviews as clean as possible.
