Recurrent popups requesting registration in Version 5

    I am getting recurrent popups telling me my copy of parallels desktop is not registered and therefore I cannot get updates. However, when I go to the website, I AM REGISTERED. I have tried from several locations so I do not believe there is any kind of firewall problem. I started a trouble ticket on this as I am sure that I am not the only one experiencing this problem. This happened to me in version 4 too, and disappeared temporarily when I updated to version 5 but now it is back. Any ideas?
