i was charged for a subscription that i did not purchase. i put in for a refund request several days ago (using the chatbot) and have not heard anything back about the refund. id like to know why i was charged when i havent had an active sub in some time. if i dont hear something back by monday i guess ill have to file a charge back with my cc company. here is my cleverbridge reference number: 520132869. whats really strange is this sub doesnt even show in the portal for my account. i have mfa turned on. thanks!
Okay, it seems like they messed up the billing. Just keep bothering their support and give them your reference ID. If they still don't respond, you should probably do a chargeback.
