Refund request

    Hi,

    I have had parallels for a number of years and was not aware it had been set up to automatically renew.
    I no longer have use for parallels after changing my machines so I would like to request a refund.

    The license key for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro will be deactivated shortly.

    Hi,

    I recently purchased Parallels online and have tried to request a refund through Cleverbridge, and have been left in a constant loop conversation with a chatbot. can I please request and have the refund processed here?

    Hi, a few days ago I purchased parallels desktop with tools online for Mac Pro edition (1 year). somehow I forgot that mine is not Mac Pro edition. I'm trying to request a refund and then it got me here. I think I'm in the right place if so can you please check that for me? thanks! I will be waiting for ur reply!

    Hello, I was charged for the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) a couple of days ago since I forgot that the subscription automatically renews. Since I no longer need to use the software, I tried to request a refund but the system kept me in a loop with a chatbot. Can I please request a refund here?

    there was a recent charge on my account for the annual subscription renewal of Parallels. Unfortunately, I forgot to disable the auto-renewal option and only noticed the charge after it had been processed.
    I'm a student and at this time, I no longer require the subscription for the second year, and the unexpected charge is a significant financial burden for me. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in issuing a refund for this renewal, as I do not have the means to continue with the subscription.
