I was not aware that my auto-renewal hadn't been cancelled and I was billed for standard edition today. I've been trying to find a way to get a refund but I keep getting stuck in this loop where I get sent to a chatbot that sends me to complete a form, and the form sends me an automated email that forwards my request to another automated email that sends me back to the original chatbot. Does anyone have an email address and/or phone number where I can reach a real person?
