Hi, Been using 2x App server for nearly 2 years without issue. A virus got in and changed the RDP port before the Antivirus deleted it. I restored the port number and rebooted, everything came back but Regular Gateway mode wont work. I had to change all the clients to Direct Mode. That was yesterday and today I got a notification, ----- Agent on localhost has disconnected ----- I tried reinstalling the Agent Service but keeps saying "Failed to uncompress Memshell.exe." Now it wont accept any new connections Direct or Gateway. I am unable to reboot for another 6+ hours Any suggestions? I’m on Version 5.1 (Build 315) Thank, Joe
OK rebooted and reinstalled 2x - agent is ok now Strange thing, I have 15 sessions connected now using the Direct Mode on the clients but none of them are registering with 2x See image Gateway mode still not accepting connections. Error:
tunnels mean gateway mode,direct mode are not counted. clear the server log and try to connect in gateway and post your log file.
