A Windows 7 application running under Parallels on a MacBook Pro with mountain lion OS would not run, so I uninstalled the application. Before reinstalling I had to rename or delete a particular folder containing data relating to the application. I cannot do that because, it says, a file in that folder is open. I closed all operating programs and restarted the computer, but I cannot get past this obstacle. Any suggestions?
