Renew license issues

    Hello, my Pro License expired in 2018. Now I acquired a new MacBook and want to reactivate the license. I got through all the steps and the systems says that it will take about an hour to complete, but nothing. I have waited several hours and not even an email acknowledging the order, etc. I have a valid payment method on file. Please advise.

    We've found new license in your Parallels Account
    Do you still have an issue with activation?

    Hi, thanks, the problem was solved by other means. As a matter of feedback, the waiting time for support was way too long. I am very glad it wasn't a critical issue. Parallels need to work on that.
