I can not find a way to have my company pay this bill. Our software acquisition process is not immediate, there was NO notice or invoice, and as I see happened to others, my subscription was auto-renewed even tho I did not sign up for it (to my own account, due to urgency). The combination of these things is pretty problematic, as parallels is mission-critical and I can't access my work. Cannot reach parallels, phone and chat did not work all day yesterday and of course now I do not have access to even those failed 'support' options.
