Renewed expired license but still suspended

    Hi,
    Today I renewed my expired license of Üarallel desktop for Mac via Apple ID,
    but still I cannot access it . It says suspended.
    So I read in forum that I am supposed to restore purchases but I cannot find How.

    Hello, have you renewed Parallels Desktop App Store Edition or Parallels Desktop Standard Edition?
