Renewed my subscription but something screwed up

    I purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac in Dec 2015 and later received an free "12" upgrade notice. The installation worked great although everything is running slower in Windows 7 now.

    I received a subscription payment due notice in December 2016, paid the bill and uploaded my software. I received a new key in the payment received notice.

    I thought everything worked well, but when I tried to run Parallels I get a notice saying "You have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from a previous version".

    I didn't save my previous key. Now, the only way I can run is to use a 15 day trial.

    I have paid for upgrades for the past two years and in 15 days my program is going to shut down? Who do I contact for support?

    Who can help me? My support info says I first purchased Dec 21, 2015 and am good until Dec 21, 2017.

    This is the first time I have never been able to contact support on the phone. Is there a number to call?
