Renewed subscription, now I'm asked for activation code, but I don't have one!

    Hi Parallels,

    I've had a subscription to Parallels Mac for the past three years. A few days ago the subscription renewed and now I'm getting a prompt to enter licence info. I don't have an upgrade key, only a licence key from my account on the Parallels website (which it seems to know about already). What do I do, I need my PC right now, I'm at work, and I can't do anything, please help ASAP!?
