If I were to buy Parallels 8 today from Amazon.com and request the free upgrade to 9 when it came out, is it a difficult process? Can I do it purely online by myself or will a tech specialist have to get involved? Also, does anyone know if the deal with MacMall where I get a free copy of parallels 8 with purchase of a mac allows me to request a free upgrade to parallels 9?
