Request support

    Hi,

    I recently bought the MAC bundle with Parallels Desktop for Mac, among other software. I received the license keys for every other software, but not for Parallels - I previously had a Pro subscription but decided to change to the standalone version. I've been trying to get support, but so far nothing: it's unacceptable that there is no email nor chat nor phone that we can use to address these issues. I don't understand why I need to register to other services (Twitter or Facebook) to get support - or to try to, because that didn't work either.

    Anyway, I would appreciate if someone could help me here, at least...

    3 days passed and no support.
    Left a message in Facebook Messenger since 4-5days and nothing either.

    There is no email support; no phone support, no chat support...

    Since one month that I paid for a product that i cannot use, since the license information was never received.

    The only reason I keep posting this is because I can then print it to annex to my request to the credit card company to refund me.
