I just entered a support question regarding DirectX11 support, however I wonder why it is so hard to raise a request for support. You can use twitter or Facebook, but I do not use either of these products for obvious reasons. The alternative, entering a request online is rather complex and tedious. You even need to enter a KB-article in the process (which I could not find, set aside some response that for some reason Parallels still not support this, which I suspect is not true as this iswindows functionality as old as 2008 and we are in the meantime already at version 12 since mid 2015) and log-in to our account to obtain a support code. I have bought plenty of software of the years, and probably I do something wrong, but so far this is by far the most ridicules and complex way to raise a question to a support team I have ever seen. Probably I do something wrong, or take a very old fashioned approach and need to adjust my habits and use the forums as a standard way of requesting support. Please advise what is the most efficient way to proceed (and get solutions).
