reset DHCP IP address

Basically the question is how can I reset the sequences of IP address so that the next virtual machine I create has the IP address of 10.211.55.3? My settings for the shared network are below:

You can refer to this article and configure in each VM to use particular IP address by which you can control the way IP address is assigned to the VM.
