    Hi,
I recently installed parallels and windows 10n on my macbook pro retina. However, an issue with the screen resolution has occurred. I am unable to change the screen resolution in windows, leaving me with 1024 x 768, leaving me with a blurred screen as well as black bars at the sides of the screen when running windows in fullscreen-mode. When working on windows 10 these black bars seem to interfere with mouse movement, as the mouse tends to get "stuck" at the bars. I have browsed the forums as well as help articles in order to solve this problem, but neither seem to describe my exact problem.
I have tried changing all graphics and fullscreen-settings in the parallels desktop control center, but i am still unable to change the windows resolution (the dropdown bar is grayed out when trying to change it in windows)
I hope someone has experienced a similar problem or is able to help resolve mine, please do let me know if you need to know any of my current settings or hardware details.
    Thanks in advance,
    Christoffer

    Hi,
I followed article1 and installed the parallels tools. This completely solved my problem, and added features that i didn't even know existed (sharing of desktop etc.) So thank you very much for the help!
