I have a user who's having trouble with the resolution when connecting to windows server. It locks the resolution to 1792x1120. macOS: Monterey 12.4 Model: Macbook Pro 16-inc, 2019 Monitors: Built-in Retina Display, LG via DP/HDMI Parallels Client: V18 Problem: No matter what I do, when she connects to the RAS Sesssion it sets the resolution to 1792x1120 and to access the entire screen she has to use scroll bars. I've had her try disconnecting the 2nd monitor. Same issue. Any suggestions?
