I've just installed the trial version of Parallels on my Mac Pro with Windows 7 and it's running quite well on the whole. One slight problem I have found is that if I exit coherence mode and go to full screen mode I am left with a standard Windows 7 view, but surrounded by a black border all the way round. To fix this I have to change the resolution to 1920x1080 inside the Windows control panel but the next time I fire up Parallels and want to use full screen mode I am back to square one with that black border or sometimes a full screen image but at a lower resolution setting. Is there any way to make the 1920x1080 resolution setting stick? The monitor is a 23" NEC PA231W. For some reason the recommended size being suggested would be more appropriate to a 14" laptop.
