    Come on folks!!!

I have not gotten a reply to my question yet and I can't believe that no one had a complicated enough PC system that they did not want to restore their environment when they got a Mac without re-installing EVERYTHING. Did everyone that went to a Mac have a dirt simple PC environement and did not mind restoring 2 or 3 programs to be used in parallels? If that is the case, I don't know why you-all bothered even going to a Mac. The crap you have to endure in a PC environment should not be a big thing if you have a simple environment...

I have a PC that has over 30 programs that I use in a PC environment. To install my environment takes over 35 steps and 2 days of installation. Granted, some of those programs can be substituted with Mac equivaltents, but some cannot and I would like to buy some of the more expensive programs a little at a time. Restoring my environment takes "only" about 5 hours if I take a backup copy and restore it to my PC hard drive

    What I want to do:

I would like to backup my PC environment AS IS and restore it in Parallels. Is that feasible? What would I use to do that? I use StorageCraft's ShadowProtect to back up my system each night. StorageCraft apparently has no experience in doing this either. If it is not feasible, what is my best solution
